Hope all is well. I just wanted to take a moment to share a breathing exercise / technique that you can use that may help with anxiety and possibly get you to sleep faster. Like the title says it's called the ”4-7-8 Breath" developed by Dr. Andrew Weil.
Instructions
1) Breathe in through your nose for a 4 Count
2) Hold your breath for a 7 Count
3) Exhale through your mouth for an 8 count
