Hey, hey
Just wanted to share a quick 1 min relaxation clip i did the other day. I didn't post it to You Tube but it did go up on another site. It's the first Video in the Relaxation Suite on Dr.Suites "Relaxation Suite", Just scroll down and take a quick look....it's less than 2 minutes but, with some deep breaths it will hopefully help you as much as it helped me!
