` Good Mornin,

Hope all is well and Yes! You read that correctly...take some time out of your hectic schedule and get massage. A lot of people may still not realize it, but stress can manifest itself in many ways and I know for myself when I'm under a lot of stress i tend to tense up in my neck/shoulders and lower back. So whenever i remember and have the time i try to schedule a massage to help melt that stress away when other methods have not worked for me. If you want to make it a relationship building event why not get a couples massage so your partner can also reap the benefits of the experience. Remember to take care of yourself. Try to find a professional and licensed practitioner near you and try out Different types of massages to see what works best for you!
