Breathing, Yes, Breathing in order to Relax not just Live...

Sooo...you ever notice when your anxious or nervous you start breathing a bit faster or out of sync? Come on now I Can't be the only one...Well one way to bring yourself back down to reality is by slowing down that breathing or going through a breathing pattern...now this doesn't just have to practiced when your nervous or anxious, you can do this on a day to day basis for a few minutes a day to center yourself...I know i know...you might be thinking really breathing differently can help...Yeah...it can it may not solve all the issues and it may just be a temporary fix while you deal with the big fish but...it's a start.
